Delivery area and shipping cost

We offer free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. There is no minimum order amount. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Our processing days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays. The daily cutoff is 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time (America/Los_Angeles, with daylight saving time when applicable). Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays enter processing on the next processing day.

Transit and estimated delivery

Standard transit is estimated at 4–6 business days after the parcel is handed to the carrier. Transit days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays. Processing and transit together are normally 5–9 business days, with the cutoff and calendar rules above affecting the estimate.

If we cannot meet the stated shipping timeframe, we will contact you about the delay and available cancellation or refund options. Delivery estimates do not limit your applicable consumer rights.

Order details and delivery questions

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If you need an address correction or have not received an order when expected, contact us with your order number as soon as possible. A change may not be possible after dispatch.

Taxes and returns

Product prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout. Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
